What actually happens here
Nascent runs in cycles. Every cycle, a small set of possible changes goes up for a vote. Real people — people who use the app — decide what gets built. When the cycle closes, the winning feature gets implemented and the next cycle begins.
There is no CEO deciding the roadmap. There is no private Notion doc. The only product decisions are the ones the community votes for.

Proposals surface
Anyone can pitch a feature or change. The most-upvoted ideas enter the next ballot.

The vote opens
A fixed window — typically 48 to 72 hours — where every member casts exactly one vote.

The winner ships
The highest-voted option becomes a real, live part of the app. Then cycle 5 begins.
Every other feedback tool is bolted on.
Most products collect feedback as an afterthought. The roadmap was already decided. Your vote is theater.
